Role: People and Culture Partner
Hours: 18.12 hrs per week (job share - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Salary: £17,191 - £18,276 (FTE Salary: £34,383 - £36,552)
Location: Altrincham Campus with travel to all sites

To support this transformation, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated People and Culture Partner to join our team.
About the Role
As an People and Culture Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused advice and guidance to managers and colleagues across the Group. You'll build trusted relationships with leaders, coaching and supporting them to anticipate and resolve organisational challenges, and act as a key driver of positive change.
You will be a proactive change agent, guiding managers and employees through organisational development initiatives and supporting effective solutions to complex people issues. Your expertise in employee relations will ensure a fair and consistent approach, including hands-on support with investigations, hearings, and appeals.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You'll work closely with business areas and the Talent Attraction and Development Team to deliver workforce plans, attract and retain talent, and develop robust succession pathways. You'll also champion consistency in the application of people policies and practices, sharing best practice within the team and mentoring pther colleagues within the team.
Staying ahead of legislation and best practice, you'll ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. You'll deliver training to line managers, empowering them to manage people confidently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate, customer-focused, and pragmatic HR advice and guidance to managers and staff.
* Build trusted relationships and credibility with managers and leaders, coaching them to anticipate and resolve organisational challenges.
* Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring a consistent and fair approach, and support investigations, hearings, and appeals as required.
* Drive consistency in the implementation of all Group people policies and practices.
* Share best practice within the team and coach/mentor colleagues
* Stay up to date with HR legislation and best practice, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
* Deliver training to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and people management responsibilities.
* Analyse management information to identify business trends and people KPIs.
About You
* Proven experience in a HR Advisory role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and organisational development.
* Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills.
* Experience supporting organisational change and employee relations matters.
* Confident delivering training and supporting the development of others.
* Analytical, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is desirable.

In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the Group Director of HR & Performance due to the candidate's current salary, experience or qualifications.
