Key Responsibilities
Leadership foundations
* Member of regional segment team, executing globally aligned strategy and priority workstreams for Oral Care
* Ensuring strong collaboration & participation in Global Growth forum as per defined cadence
* Responsible for effective cascade of globally aligned strategy, communications, and innovation to the region at growth forums
* Inputs into 3-year operational plan for non-priority markets aligned with brand strategies
* Act as single point of contact/representative for non-priority markets at the Global Table
* Provide consolidated consumer and HCP insights needs to the global team
* Flag key global initiatives (e.g., regulations, DE&I, legal, sustainability) with non-priority markets
Brand & connections excellence
* Ensure market/region compliance with globally aligned brand strategy and positioning for Oral Care
* Roll out global communications, content, and playbooks, editing only for regional nuances
* Ensure adoption & execution of SOBG principles across active markets
* Lead cascade of HCP & Influencers strategy, including regional congress, contact, and sampling strategies
* Prioritize brand-building activities within a framework for non-priority markets, aligned with the 3-year operating plan
Innovation and portfolio excellence
* Roll out globally aligned innovation per stage gate governance and market prioritization
* Lead initiatives for cost savings and loss avoidance, applying global governance
* Ensure adoption of portfolio strategy, including pricing and packaging, with regional RGM and SPM actions
* Coordinate master text artwork amendments, adhering to global design guidelines
* Lead on quality and compliance issues, ensuring effective communication and mitigation plans
* Manage regulatory and advocacy impacts, including product remediation
* Contribute regional input for sales, operations, supply chain, and subsequent actions
Partnering & retail excellence
* Ensure rollout and adherence to category strategies and shopper toolkits
* Drive initiatives to meet store metrics, collaborating with the commercial capability team
