Part-time Supervisor Role: 32 Hours a Week
As a Store Supervisor, you will support the store management team and be responsible for driving turnover and revenue based on lean principles. You will focus on customer service and act as an ambassador for the Robert Dyas brand.

What will you do?
* Represent Robert Dyas and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group, sharing knowledge and engaging positively with customers
* Maintain high customer service standards to make Robert Dyas a preferred shopping destination
* Promote a culture of excellent service, assist in training colleagues, and utilize available tools to enhance team performance
* Ensure the security and proper use of all company systems according to policies
* Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards
* In the absence of the Store/Assistant Manager, assume full accountability for store security and safety, motivate colleagues to meet sales targets, liaise with the Retail Support Centre, and support weekly timesheet processes
