Job Description – Early Years Practitioner
As an Early Years Practitioner with us, you'll be responsible for:
* Following all our policies, as well as adhering to the Children Act, Health and Safety legislation, and Ofsted and The Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines.
* Maintaining confidentiality at all times, both on and off our premises.
* Possibly taking on key-holder responsibilities.
* Working closely with your colleagues, ensuring effective communication, and providing day-to-day care and supervision to the children.
* Planning and preparing activities to support the children's developmental needs.
* Communicating with parents daily, offering feedback and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
* Promoting equal opportunities for all children and following individual programs for those with special educational needs.
* Recording accidents, incidents, and risk assessments accurately and where applicable.
* Attending staff meetings, training sessions, and other events.
Requirements:
* Preferably 2 years of childcare experience
* Required 2 years of nursery experience
* Mandatory childcare qualification - Level 3 or above
* Advanced DBS

Pay: £25,400 - £28,000 per year
