Job Title: Medical Receptionist / Secretary Location: Ascot, Berkshire Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (Full-Time) I am recruiting for a private healthcare clinic based in Ascot, Berkshire, seeking a professional and highly organised Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Answering incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner * Booking and managing patient appointments * Providing excellent front-of-house service to patients and visitors * Handling general administrative and secretarial duties Requirements: * Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills * High level of professionalism and customer service * Fluent in English (spoken and written) * Good IT/computer skills (including appointment systems, email, and general office software) * Previous experience in a medical or hospitality (e.g. hotel) environment is desirable * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Additional Information: * Full-time position, Monday to Friday * Immediate start available * Candidates must be available to attend an in-person interview at short notice Please only apply if you meet the above criteria
