This welcoming school is seeking a calm, caring and confident TA to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who may have Autism, Speech and Language Needs, ADHD and social, emotional or mental health (SEMH) difficulties.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Support pupils with a range of SEND, adapting to their individual learning needs.
* Provide consistent structure and reassurance, especially for children with SEMH or ASD.
* Work alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to implement EHCPs and learning strategies.
* Encourage communication, confidence, and positive behaviour throughout the school day.
* Help create a safe, inclusive learning environment for all.
Who We're Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a primary school setting.
* Confident managing behaviours linked to ADHD, SEMH and ASC.
* Patient, resilient and proactive - able to build strong, trusting relationships.
* A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Must be available full-time and ready to commit to a long-term role.
Why Work with Long Term Futures?
* Long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent role.
* No day-to-day supply - full-time consistency in one school.
