Where customers have unique requirements, we need to work with them to leverage and adapt our existing standard ITIL processes to create and formally document business processes which deliver tailored solutions that meet specific business needs. Whilst at the same time identifying opportunities to standardise, simplify and align with BT wherever practicable. This content plays a critical role in new customer onboarding, and our mission is to ensure that our BMS teams can efficiently and effectively connect with our customers, resolve all queries, and manage their services expertly.You will work closely with customers, contract managers, project managers, process designers, operational teams and service design architects, to drive clarity and understanding so that you create meaningful processes which optimise efficiency, simplicity, productivity and automation.The successful candidate will need to be eligible for National Security Clearance Vetting to DV level as a minimum.## **What you’ll be doing**• Leverage and adapt existing standard ITIL processes as the basis for bespoke solutions. Identify opportunities for standardisation, simplification and automation. • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather all the information you need for input into the processes. Evaluate the relevance and appropriateness of any requests to create bespoke processes. Provide feedback where necessary. • Present completed processes to customers and internal stakeholders for review, sign off or improvement activity. • Facilitate and respond to feedback ensuring you complete all feedback within agreed SLA’s and log as per process. • Ensure governance is followed to maintain rigour and achieve quality standards.## **The skills you’ll need**Problem SolvingDecision MakingGrowth MindsetQuality AssuranceITIL 4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)## **What we would like to see on your CV**• Proficient with process creation, working with process mapping tools, and creating supporting documentation e.g. Microsoft Office, ARIS. Good project management skills and able to lead on work items delivering to set time scales and deadlines. • Ability to translate contractual requirements into process steps, present them to customers and assure expected outcomes and value. Excellent writing skills suited to the target audience and can translate complex and technical information into clear, concise content that’s easy to understand. • Knowledge from working in an operational role which involves delivering for customers. Demonstrable stakeholder management experience, with effective interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills. • Deep understanding BMS standard ITIL processes, BT tooling, and the service catalogue, and the options available for tailoring. • Excellent analytical skills with a solution focused mindset and the ability to balance bespoke requirements with opportunities for standardisation and automation.## **Benefits**At BT, we entertain, educate, and empower millions of people every single day.
