Role Purpose
The Trainee Consultant role is the foundation of your career at Blue Fox. This role is focused on learning the craft of high-quality recruitment consultancy, developing strong market knowledge, and building the behaviours required to become a trusted advisor in your market.
This is a high-energy, high-learning role for individuals who enjoy the adventure, embrace accountability, and want to master both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn Blue Fox recruitment methodologies, systems, and best-practice SOPs
* Build foundational knowledge of your assigned market
* Support Consultants with candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement
* Conduct high-quality candidate interviews aligned to our consultancy standards
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM data and activity tracking
* Begin building candidate relationships through consistent, value-led communication
* Support delivery on live assignments to ensure excellent service to clients and candidates
