Early Years Practitioner - Doncaster (DN2) Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: £13.70 - £13.80 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join a welcoming early years setting in Doncaster (DN2). Main Duties: Deliver the EYFS curriculum effectively, meeting the individual needs and interests of children. Maintain accurate records of key children's development and share progress with parents/carers. Build strong partnerships with families to support children's learning and well-being. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children. Report any concerns to the appropriate person (Manager, SENCO, DSL) while maintaining confidentiality. Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. Participate in staff meetings, training, and occasional out-of-hours activities. Uphold all policies and procedures relevant to the role and setting. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times. Person Specification: Essential: Previous experience working with young children. Commitment to supporting children and their families. Friendly, flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team. Physically and mentally fit to work with children. Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (CACHE, BTEC, NVQ) or equivalent. Level 2 qualification and working towards Level 3.
