Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector CM X-Sector Specialism Advisory - Other Management Level Director Job Description & Summary About the role: This role would support and grow key aspects of sales and delivery in the CLT Marketing proposition, with a focus on combining marketing strategy, technology, & services to deliver end-to-end Marketing services for our clients. The candidate will be responsible for leading the proposition development of marketing, responsible for driving commercial growth through 1) collaborating with our key alliances and 2) collaborating x-los to expand the value of current accounts where there is an existing or potential marketing footprint. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the management of the Marketing practice and building up of Marketing capabilities within the newly defined org structure in CLT to manage and grow accounts, as well as in our delivery centres to ensure price competitiveness. Lastly, this role will be responsible for the delivery of strategic Marketing transformation programmes - where there is a large degree of risk / difficulty and there is a large financial opportunity that needs close management to ensure client and commercial success. What your days will look like: Designing, executing, and managing the strategy and business plan for the Marketing Solutions and alliances - with focus on YoY growth in line with CLT targets Coordinating and executing annual business planning sessions and ongoing joint planning sessions with UK alliance and internal go to market leads Identifying potential account win /” sell-with” opportunities sourced from the Alliance Identification of large transformational deals across the network and xlos Manage sales relationships across the Alliance network (primarily UK) Forecasting and helping to facilitate joint plays across Alliances & Sectors Providing oversight and targeted direction to vertical sales team related to solutions & alliances, as well as business strategy for relevant accounts/opportunities Driving sales and marketing campaigns that differentiate PwC to drive incremental revenue and confirm that follow-up activities are taking place Managing sales & GTM plans, SFDC wins/pipeline dashboard, actual vs budget spending, and oversee Alliance efforts across the firm This role is for you if: You have extensive marketing and customer transformation experience and experience of working internationally. Deep focus on marketing technology strategy, systems and processes and related areas of customer experience data and technology as part of the overall customer office. Thought leader in marketing technology strategy and delivery and its role in customer led transformation; viewed by clients as an expert who they turn to for help and advice Confidence working across industry verticals - from banking and insurance to non-profits - to promote and deliver client impact across the clusters with a focus on Private. Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team. Excellent client handling skills with experience of leading external client projects and/ or large scale strategy and operations change programmes. Strong change and people leadership skills, track record of successful change execution and an exemplary track record in providing client satisfaction. Have demonstrated experience of working outside of your own comfort zone to deliver emerging or complex engagements.
