About the Roles
We are working with a variety of specialist schools and provisions, including:
* Special schools, alternative provisions, and inclusive mainstream units
* Supporting students with needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and complex learning profiles
* 1:1 and small group support roles
* Collaborative work with teachers, therapists, and multi-disciplinary teams
* Opportunities for both full-time and flexible day-to-day supply work
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who are:
* Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEN
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient
* Experienced in working with children or young people (in education, care, or voluntary settings)
* Willing to learn and grow in a supportive environment
* Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS (or already hold one)
