What This Role Looks Like
o As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the VGI team, youll play a pivotal role in building the next generation of gaming market intelligence. Youll join a high-impact, cross-functional group that operates with startup energy, backed by the resources and reach of Sensor Tower.
o Youll take ownership across the stack-building large, user-facing features and expanding our platforms capabilities across console (PlayStation, Xbox) and beyond.
o This is an opportunity to own major product areas, shape technical direction, and help define how decision-makers across the gaming industry understand the market.

What Youll Work On
o Design, build, and maintain features across both backend and frontend systems.
o Expand our console data coverage and deliver insights that dont exist anywhere else.
o Collaborate closely with product and data teams to translate ideas into real-world impact.
o Contribute to architectural decisions as we scale and evolve the platform.
o Help mentor and support the growth of the engineering team as we expand.

What You Bring
o Solid knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
o Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
o Frontend experience with Angular, or other modern frameworks like Vue or React.
o Strong communication skills and a product-focused mindset.

o A passion for games and/or the business of gaming.
o Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
o A track record of side projects, experiments, or open-source contributions.
o Interest in building things from 0 to 1-and being part of a long-term product vision.
