Technical Manager - Cladding Remediation

Join a leading residential developer as a Cladding Remediation Technical Manager, helping deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality remediation on medium- to high-rise legacy buildings. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to resident safety while managing projects from initial scoping through to completion.
You’ll be responsible for leading multiple remediation schemes, including stakeholder engagement, contractor and consultant management, and ensuring compliance with CDM, H&S, and fire safety regulations. Your work will involve design coordination, budget control, and ensuring projects are delivered to programme and quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage cladding remediation schemes end-to-end
* Oversee budgeting, contracts, H&S, and stakeholder communication
* Coordinate with internal and external teams including design, commercial, and construction
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all project phases
* Lead project documentation, meetings, and handovers
* Develop resident engagement strategies where required
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in delivering complex residential or cladding remediation projects
* Strong knowledge of UK building regs, fire safety standards, and construction law
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Background in technical management on similar projects for a UK residential developer
* Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (or strong practical experience)
