Person Specification
Qualifications
* General education to degree level, equivalent professional qualification or equivalent experience
* IT Qualification in Excel (or equivalent experience)
* Epic certified in at least one application
* PRINCE/MSP or other project management qualification
Experience
* Design and delivery of workflows/processes in a clinical environment
* Experience of delivery of benefits from the implementation of technology / services
* Experience of working with the Epic EPR system
* Experience of working with senior clinical staff, medical consultants and other senior managers
* Experience of delivering complex technical projects to tight deadlines
* Experience of managing clinical and/or operational services within the NHS
* Electronic patient record (EPR) design and delivery in a clinical environment
* Configuration and adaptation of EPR technology to meet the needs of users
* Previous NHS experience
Knowledge
* Thorough understanding of clinical and/or operational workflows and processes in a healthcare setting
* Knowledge of the Epic EPR system
* Understanding of Information Governance
* Understanding of NHS operational and/or clinical management
Skills
* Excellent business and process analytical skills
* Able to work equally well under own initiative and as part of a team
* Ability to resolve complex process and analytical problems
* Ability to meet conflicting deadlines and balance multiple tasks concurrently whilst remaining calm under pressure
