Job tile: Scrum Master-Onboarding Support
Location: Glasgow
Duration 9 months contract
Job type- hybrid 2 days onsite
Key Responsibilities
* Support onboarding of new teams, vendors, and stakeholders into Agile/Scrum frameworks.
* Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
* Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
* Remove impediments and dependencies impacting team progress.
* Support onboarding of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
* Drive Agile maturity assessments and help teams transition from onboarding to steady-state delivery.
* Ensure adherence to Agile governance, reporting, and metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity).
* Act as a servant leader and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Required Skills & Experience
* 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
* Strong experience in Agile onboarding / transformation environments.
* Hands‑on experience supporting multiple Scrum teams.
* Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
* Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in large enterprise / banking / regulated environments preferred.
* Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master are highly desirable.
Nice to Have
* Experience in UK banking or financial services.
* Exposure to Agile transformation programs.
