We’re looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our team in Mexborough. You’ll be the driving force behind creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers. With a strong eye for design and a customer-first mindset, you’ll guide your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Leading the showroom team to deliver a brilliant customer experience
* Supporting your team to meet targets and maximise bonus opportunities
* Building relationships with new and existing customers to grow business
* Overseeing internal marketing and maintaining engaging product displays

Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
We’re all about what makes you, you—the skills and personality are just as important as your experience. You will ideally have knowledge of the KBB (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms) industry - but if you are confident leading a team, have a passion for design and bringing customer’s ideas to life and enjoy building relationships, we will support you all the way.
