Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise the delivery of D365 services across multiple business units.
* Lead and coordinate D365-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
* Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practice standards.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Service Delivery Management within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
* Strong project management skills, ideally with experience delivering ERP or CRM projects.
* Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage third-party vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
