Our client are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Care Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our Customer Care department, ensuring that all customer queries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer enquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
2. Log and track all customer queries and complaints, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner and escalated when necessary.
3. Coordinate with various departments including construction, sales, and warranty teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
4. Schedule appointments for customers with our maintenance and service teams, ensuring timely resolution of any maintenance requests.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to customer care activities.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
7. Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager as needed, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the construction or property development industry.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
10. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems.
12. A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
