Job Description: Location Lincoln, UK (Must be willing to work away from home with frequent UK travel) Salary £32,000 - £40,000 per year (dependent on experience) Job Type Full-time, Permanent Job Summary Join a growing team as an Experienced Plumber/Heating Engineer, delivering plumbing planned preventive maintenance (PPM), solar panel maintenance, fault finding, and repairs for commercial and industrial clients. This role requires strong technical skills, independence, and flexibility to manage your own workload and travel extensively. Key Responsibilities Perform plumbing PPM to commercial and industrial properties Maintain and clean solar panels on client sites Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently Adhere to all health and safety standards Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks with proper documentation Maintain accurate records of work performed Work both independently and as part of a team Occasionally lead team members where applicable Candidate Qualifications and Skills Minimum 10 years’ experience in plumbing, ideally in commercial or industrial settings Full, clean driving licence City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent qualification in gas and plumbing/heating Gas and heating skills including installation, breakdown, and repair of boilers and central heating systems Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties Practical experience working onsite within client environments Strong time management and communication skills Commitment to Health and Safety compliance Benefits Company vehicle (Van) for work travel Paid hotel accommodation (single occupancy) and daily food allowance when working away Overnight stay bonus 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing after 2 years) Invitation to join pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Full uniform and tool replacement policy provided Job Type: Full-time
