We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a CDP, you’ll take responsibility for your own section, working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standard
* Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
* Support senior chefs with menu planning and development
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
* Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and waste management
* Help train and support junior kitchen staff
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
* A passion for food, fresh ingredients, and high-quality cooking
* Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy kitchen environment
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
