Benefits £32,822.40 annual salary Permanent, full-time position 12-hour shift pattern with weekend availability Opportunities for career progression Company pension Staff mentoring & development programme Casual dress and regular team events Staff referral scheme Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of your service to ensure a safe, effective and person-centred environment Lead, mentor and support a team of care staff, including supervision, appraisals, and training Deliver hands-on care and lead by example, stepping in as needed during busy or challenging times Write, review and implement person-centred care plans Promote engagement and social inclusion through meaningful daily activities Oversee record-keeping and ensure regulatory and internal compliance Represent the service in multidisciplinary meetings and advocate for individuals you support Take part in service audits and drive continuous quality improvement Requirements At least 2 years experience in a care setting (Supported Living, Residential, or Domiciliary) Minimum 1 year in a senior or leadership capacity Experience working within a PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) model is highly desirable NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Strong communication and leadership skills Calm under pressure, flexible, and proactive in your approach Full UK driving licence (preferred) Willingness to work across various services in Manchester and Rochdale This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to do more than just supervisesomeone who wants to lead with compassion, grow with a purpose-driven organisation, and help shape the future of care.
