This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking high-quality work, autonomy over cases and long-term career development within a supportive environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters, handling files from initial instruction through to resolution, including litigated cases.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging a caseload of clinical negligence claims\n\nConducting case assessments, investigations and legal research\n\nAdvising clients on complex and sensitive clinical negligence issues\n\nDrafting pleadings, witness statements and court documentation\n\nManaging litigation in line with the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant protocols\n\nLiaising with clients, counsel, medical experts and third parties\n\nAttending conferences, mediations and court hearings where required\n\nEnsuring high standards of client care and file
