GI Group is seeking to appoint an Apprenticeships Skills Tutor in Business and Management for our public sector client based in Rotherham and Worksop. This cross-college role involves working at both locations with subsidised travel where applicable. The tutor will teach and coach learners across Levels 2, 3, and 5 in Business and Management.
Main Duties:
* Design, develop, and deliver engaging teaching sessions
* Provide coaching and developmental feedback
* Conduct regular reviews with apprentices, line managers, and mentors
* Support apprentices through onsite workplace visits, creating evidence for EPA requirements documented within the e-portfolio OneFile
* Set tasks and support apprentices to prepare for assessments
Role Requirements:
* Experience creating and delivering programmes in Business and Management
* Assessor Award
* Management qualification at Level 5 or above
* Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one
* Driving licence or willingness to work towards
