About the Role
We are currently recruiting reliable and attentive Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools in the Merton area during upcoming exam periods. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for individuals looking for part-time or occasional work within a school environment.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with exam board regulations while maintaining a calm and professional environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising students during examinations
Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
Ensuring exam regulations are followed at all times
Assisting with setting up examination rooms
Maintaining a quiet and controlled exam environment
Reporting any irregularities to the Exams Officer
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to remain vigilant and professional throughout exams
Good communication skills
Ability to follow strict procedures and instructions
Previous invigilating or school experience is beneficial but not essential
