Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Commerical Manager to support growth across key markets and platforms. This role is ideally suited to someone with 3-4 years of Sales and / or Account Management experience, who is looking for the next step in their sales career and an exciting new challenge.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute sales strategies to drive new logo growth of Consumer Retail Brands
* Manage the full sales process, from lead to close, and own future upsell opportunities with Accounts
* Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making
* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for weekly sales meetings
* Regularly update CRM (Hubspot), ensuring high levels of compliance
* Leverage Insights from our proprietary data platforms to improve sales conversion rates
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within consumer goods or eCommerce
* Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing client relationships
* Strong understanding of CPG retail industry
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Experience working with Digital Shelf Analytics, or other retail analytics software (i.e. Kantar, Circana), preferred, but not essential
