What You’ll Do
As a Leisure Receptionist, you will:
* Handle guest queries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
* Make bookings and reservations using the in-house system
* Check in customers on arrival, delivering a 5-star service
* Sign up new leisure members and explain membership benefits
* Assist in coordinating the Swim School Programme alongside the leisure team
