* Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve content errors and queries that are varied in nature, relying on analysis and experience to inform solutions. Manage expectations of diverse stakeholder groups through challenging issues, including situations where consensus on next steps may not be immediate, or where clarification on technical matters may be required.
* Perform or assess root cause analysis and proactively address recurring issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented.
* Manage new journal launches and transitions of journals to and from other publishers, including content conversions, data rework, and taxonomies.
* Manage content feeds to third parties and data provision for licensing partners.
* Ensure the quality of digital content, by helping to define standards, maintain QA tools and procedures, and manage supplier production processes, documentation, and feedback. Work with the Content Engineers to update TCI and QA rules for assigned products including dissemination to appropriate stakeholders.
* Contribute subject matter expertise to large-scale digital content developments such as platform migrations and the introduction of new technology and tools, as well as ongoing continuous improvement projects. Project manage content migrations, conversions, and content tool testing.
* Prepare and maintain process documentation.
* Maintain version of record for all assigned products by ensuring digital content is archived in appropriate content management systems
