About The Role

Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Doncaster

Hybrid working.

We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner who can help shape how we attract, engage and hire exceptional talent within volume roles and early careers to become an employer of choice in our sector.

Your Role:

As our Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you will drive operational excellence, champion inclusive recruitment practices and use data to deliver best in class candidate and Hiring Manager experiences. Your role will also involve:

1. Collaborating with Managers to forecast hiring needs and align talent strategy with business goals.
2. Build strong talent pipelines through community engagement, sector networking, and digital outreach.
3. Champion inclusive hiring practices and promote our values-led employer brand.
4. Lead on all volume and early careers recruitment requirements with an emphasis on Support Worker roles, including candidate attraction, shortlisting, preparation of selection materials and the offer process.
5. Collaborate with and develop external partnerships to develop our employer brand and candidate pool such as working with schools, colleges and universities, local councils, job centres and communities.
6. Support the implementation of the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy, with particular emphasis on initiatives around Support Worker recruitment.
7. Using labour market insights and data analytics to inform decision-making and workforce planning.
8. Elevating our employer brand through storytelling, social media, and sector engagement.

13. A tech-savvy recruiter who embraces tools, trends, and transformation.
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in various formats, eg Powerpoint, Excel.
15. Inquisitive with the ability to problem solve and offer solutions and recommendations.
16. Desire to learn and for continuous improvement.
17. Highly customer focused.
18. Up to date knowledge of Employment Legislation and current recruitment practices.
19. Right to work including visas and sponsorship/willing to work towards gaining this knowledge.
20. Proven track record of managing the end to end recruitment process for volume roles within a fast-paced environment utilising a proactive direct sourcing model.
21. Experience of supporting Talent Acquisition related projects.

A driving licence is also required due to some travel to other sites some of which are not easily accessible by public transport.
