Learning Program Associate
Maximising the capability and effectiveness of our In-Field team is critical, and the onboarding experience is key to the impact a new starter can make after completing an ILP.
The Learning Program Associate is responsible for ensuring all materials and Learner Journeys are kept up to date and comply with SOP Requirements.
The role will require working with brands to ensure learning materials deliver the strategic requirements of the brand, and closely collaborating with the global Learning team to integrate launch and existing materials from the global team.
Responsibilities include budget management to ensure agencies deliver requirements on time and within budget, providing advice on learner journeys, coordinating with Infield Excellence Learning partners, and working with multiple stakeholders to ensure a quality onboarding experience.
The role involves providing insights on the effectiveness of Learning programs, managing compliance documents, administering the Learning Management System, creating and updating learning content, testing and deploying eLearning content, monitoring system performance, and proposing improvements to Learning operations.
Additional duties include managing system updates, working as the UK Lead on the Academy, managing budgets and vendor relations, ensuring quality and compliance in collaboration with brand teams, managing learning materials in Veeva Promo-mats, and working within a matrix team environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, budget management, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with knowledge of learning platforms, tracking performance, and experience in a pharma learning environment or with Promo-mats.
