Job Function Responsible for the effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations in relation to O2C and billing processes. Main Responsibilities Raise and issue invoices and credit notes Verify sales invoice applications and create sales invoices Generate recharge and other invoices to the group companies Monitor incoming payments, ensuring timely allocation Review and resolve outstanding payments Aged debt reporting Manage AR mailbox Customer master data creation and maintenance Scan and file all necessary financial documents including invoices.
