Operations Administrator Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Based in Park Royal - Office Based Role A well-established communications company based in Park Royal are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their busy team. The Operations Administrator will be quality checking sales orders, checking stock levels and purchasing from set suppliers. Looking for individuals with a high level of attention to detail, process and procedure driven with the ability to work using their own initiative as well as part of a team. Responsibilities: Operations/Compliance: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including compliance checks, stock reviews, supplier orders, and promotions. Liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance with their Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, engineering) to meet contractual and internal SLAs. Support supplier evaluations and maintain accurate records and general admin (calls, travel bookings, etc.). Assist with compliance management, ensuring adherence to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001) and other accreditations. Support the Operations Supervisor with audits, supplier reviews, and ad hoc projects.Service: Assisting with the booking in and booking out of all service/repair equipment Follow up on outstanding service quotes via email and service lines with the manufacturers Update Excel management reports that are sent to customersHire: Pick hire equipment and liaise with the Logistics and Engineering team to fulfil the hire order Assist with the management of the Hire fleet with the Hire Manager Booking courier collections and following up on any failed collections Experience Required: Previous experience with order processing A Levels or higher in an administrative or business management subject or equivalent experience Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and process/procedure driven Ability to pass CRB & Disclosure Scotland Knowledge of using Sage X3 - desirable Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent communication skills, confidant and personableBenefits: Holiday 21 days BH (closed at Christmas hols to be taken during this).
