What You’ll Own
* Scale the Foundations: Architect and build the core, scalable backend foundations from the ground up to support a massive global market.
* Human-Centric UI: Collaborate on the planning and iteration of our React-based front-end to ensure our complex AI systems are intuitive and widely adopted.
* Product Roadmap: Partner with the founders to extract insights from customer feedback and translate them into technical reality.
* Team Building: Help us set the engineering culture and play a key role in assembling a world-class technical team.

* Traction: 20-30% MoM revenue growth; selling to 100+ IP teams (from DLA Piper to elite tech boutiques).

Must-Haves
* Expert Python Skills: Deep experience building robust, production-ready backend systems.
* Database Mastery: Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
* Full-Stack Capability: Comfortable navigating both the back-end and modern front-end frameworks.
* Clear Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs.
Preferred & Nice-to-Haves
* Frontend: Experience with TypeScript and React.
* Scaling: A track record of building and scaling commercial-grade software.
* The Extras: Experience with WYSIWYG editor APIs (TinyMCE/CKEditor), AWS DevOps, IT Security, or AI integration.
