Technical Coordinator – North London
Salary: Up to £45,000 + pkg

They have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.
Technical Coordinator Responsibilities
* Deliver practical and cost-effective technical services
* Oversee the Technical department to ensure that best practice is followed
* Supervision of fees and budget for each development.
* Accountable for site evaluation, architectural and engineering design, the investigation of technical problems
* Review planning, NHBC Conditions and other required approvals.
* Identify client handover requirements. Assemble all documentation and statutory approvals
* Liaise with Principal Designer throughout the design process and in the preparation of the Safety File.
Personal Specification & Requirements
* Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
* Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
* Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
* Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
* Degree qualified or Equivalent
* Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Experience working for an Architectural and Design & Build consultancy.
* Excellent face-to-face and written communications
* Proven project experience within a Residential environment
