Link3 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Year 5 Primary Teacher to join our vibrant community Primary School located near Leamington Spa, starting May 2026. About the Role:
* Full responsibility for a Year 5 class
* Deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement
* Work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team and experienced colleagues
* Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has previous experience teaching or working within Key Stage 2
* Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
* Is passionate about inclusive education and meeting the needs of all learners
* Is reflective, adaptable, and committed to professional development
* Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
