Administrator - Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Sheffield with free onsite parking
Salary: £30, per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Role
As an Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
5. Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email
6. Typing and formatting documents and reports
7. Monitoring office supplies and ordering stationery
8. Filing and archiving important documents
9. Managing invoicing processes
10. Booking travel and accommodation for directors
11. Providing general administrative support across the business
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
12. Previous experience in administration
13. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe
14. Excellent organisational and communication abilities
15. A proactive approach and attention to detail
