Coyle Personnel are currently seeking Community Psychiatric Nurses for long term contracts based in Southampton.
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full:time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 : 17:00
Pay Rate: GBP 25: GBP 27 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Potential to compress hours for the right candidate.
Applicants must have at least 6 months community experience for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
. Deliver high:quality mental health care to service users, including assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.
. Conduct comprehensive assessments of service user mental health needs.
. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health needs of service users and their families
. Manage a caseload, adhering to service protocols and procedures.
. Maintain a high standard of nursing care, including clinical procedures, treatments, and the custody, storage, and administration of drugs.
Mandatory Requirements:
. Current RMN qualification with active registration.
. Previous experience working within a Community Mental Health Team
. Experience holding a caseload of at least 20:25.
. Excellent communication, risk assessment, and crisis intervention skills.
. Access to a vehicle and full drivers licence.
