We are looking for a skilled labourer to join a civilian team on a long-term temp-to-perm contract. The role involves hands-on work across drainage, ducting, and water system installations, supporting experienced site teams on a busy, fast‑paced civil engineering project across North Wales.
Your new role
1. Assisting with installation of drainage systems and water infrastructure
2. Trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and general groundwork
3. Supporting trades and machine operators
4. Maintaining a safe, clean working environment
5. Following site instructions and health & safety procedures at all times
6. General labouring duties across site
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in civils / groundwork
fortable working on drainage and water system installations
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
CSCS Card preferred
