They are looking for a Marketing, Media and Graphic Design Assistant or Executive to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in successful delivery of e-mail campaigns, getting involved in planning and coordinating events and supporting with video creation.

Job Description
* Developing an in-depth understanding of our products.
* Assisting product groups in preparing marketing materials (technical documents, PowerPoints, adverts, exhibitions). Graphic design experience will be essential in preparing associated collateral.
* Management of web pages in terms of content, making sure that they are correct and up to date (using WordPress / Elementor to keep webpages updated).
* Co-ordinating events and exhibitions associated with the product groups, i.e. logistics, organising collateral and marketing materials.
* Planning and creating engaging content for social media (primarily LinkedIn).
* Setting up, designing and launching external e-mail campaigns.
* Planning / coordinating and designing and delivering our monthly newsletter.
* Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, including websites, social media and documentation.
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with the ability to create engaging content across a range of marketing channels.
* Previous experience of managing social media content, delivering e-mail campaigns and knowledge of content marketing is essential.
* Previous experience with data sheets/brochures.
* Familiarity with e-mail marketing platforms, content management systems and social media tools.
* A willingness to travel and work in a global team.
