In this exciting role, you will support the evolution of No7's in-store experience, bringing bold ideas to life and helping to create immersive environments that delight our customers. You'll collaborate closely with the Creative & Design Manager and cross-functional teams to transform insights into inspiring retail solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of highly visible design projects for one of the UK's most iconic beauty brands.
What you'll be doing:
* Support the research, conceptual creative, design, and development of No7 retail furniture and in-store environments.
* Translate brand identity and shopper insights into imaginative, premium retail design solutions.
* Assist in the end-to-end creative and design process, including prototyping and in-store testing.
* Collaborate with retail partners to ensure successful nationwide rollout planning and delivery.
* Contribute to timeline management, budget tracking, and clear stakeholder communication.
* Assist with design adaptations across multiple store formats while ensuring creative consistency and brand integrity.
* Manage the development and rollout of planograms, artwork, 3D in-store materials and final execution.
* Support the development and delivery of visual merchandising and shopper marketing initiatives as required.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves):
* Background in creative design, retail design, visual merchandising, or shopper marketing.
* Experience in designing and developing retail furniture, fixtures, or 3D environments.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to share your ideas.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* A keen eye for detail and craftsmanship, with a hands-on approach to creative delivery.
