Are you organised, reliable and passionate about supporting patient care behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Clinical Supplies Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our clinical teams have everything they need to deliver safe, effective care.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to maintain stock levels, manage deliveries and ensure our supplies systems run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing
* Ensuring all departments are fully stocked, supporting uninterrupted patient care
* Receiving, checking and storing deliveries accurately and safely
* Maintaining clean, organised and compliant storerooms
* Raising purchase orders and managing stock control processes
* Supporting monthly stock counts and monitoring usage
* Delivering supplies across departments in a timely and professional manner
* Handling returned goods and managing credits where required
* Supporting safe storage and handling of specialist equipment (including oxygen cylinders)
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and efficiency
* Maintaining high standards of infection control, health & safety and cleanliness
What we’ll look for in you
We’re seeking someone who is:
* Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* A strong communicator who works well as part of a team
* Able to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
* Friendly, approachable and committed to excellent service
Essential
* Good basic education (literacy and numeracy)
* At least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g. stores, logistics, healthcare or similar)
Desirable
* Experience in a healthcare or caring environment
* Knowledge of stock control or supplies management
* Awareness of health & safety practices
