You’ll play a central role in shaping team culture, driving engagement and creating an inclusive environment where everyone is supported to do their best work.You’ll lead a team of Customer Experts, providing direction, coaching and inspiration. You’ll help them develop their skills, navigate change and deliver consistently brilliant service. You’ll work closely with leaders across Platform and the wider business, contributing to process improvements, transformation initiatives and how we evolve the way we work.This is a non‐technical role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a strong cross‐business network as part of their leadership journey.
