About the Role
Swindon is looking for an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with complex needs, helping them and their families lead safe, fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Hold a caseload of children and young people with physical and/or learning disabilities
* Complete assessments, care plans, and reviews in line with the Children Act
* Work closely with families, schools, health professionals, and other agencies
* Support children in need, child protection, and those who are looked after
* Advocate for the rights and needs of children with disabilities
