Salary: £45,000
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an UHNWI that owns a Private Estate in the stunning county of Shropshire and have a fantastic opportunity for a House Manager to join their team.
Package
1. Salary – £45,000 per annum
2. 40 hours per week
3. Monday to Friday with some flexibility required
4. Business vehicle for work related tasks

What’s involved?
A successful House Manager will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience working within a Private House for an HNWI or a Luxury Yacht.
The ideal candidate will have a warm, composed and personable demeanour with proven stability in their career.
Duties include:
5. Housekeeping & Specialist care of high value items
6. Full household management and operational oversight
7. Contractor, trades person & maintenance coordination
8. Security and confidentiality
9. Food shopping, errands and household supplies
10. Simple, occasional meal prep and cooking
11. Household Administration and light PA support
12. Guest preparation & Hosting Support
13. Wardrobe Management
14. Household Systems Knowledge
15. Plant Care & External Presentation
16. Occasional Childcare
17. Pet Care Responsibilities
18. Overall Household Stewardship
19. Leisure Property Management
20. Hands on experience and excellent attention to detail is essential.
