What you will do:
12. Receive and process inbound transfers and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
13. Stage daily installer equipment and job materials to support field operations
14. Manage inventory transactions using GERS (Enercare’s inventory system), including stock movements and adjustments
15. Monitor and action messages from the FSL inbox to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
16. Maintain appropriate inventory levels for consumable materials, including placing replenishment orders as needed
17. Process and document returns from both installers and Enercare customers
18. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with Wolseley’s Health & Safety standards
19. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional product knowledge and support
20. Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or via email in a timely and courteous manner
21. Prepare small order quotations for urgent contracting jobs
22. Pick and fulfill customer orders from warehouse stock
23. Conduct product research using catalogues and online resources to support customer needs
24. Verify product availability and order accuracy to meet customer expectations and delivery schedules
25. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, installers, and internal associates
26. Proactively maintain stock levels at the counter area and assist with general warehouse duties as required
What you will bring:
27. Previous experience in sales or customer service in wholesale or distribution required
28. Local market knowledge with HVAC and Plumbing will be an asset
29. General computer skills including Microsoft Office required. Experience with AS400 an asset.
30. Must have exceptional customer service and professional communication skills
