Position: Field Sales Executive
Salary: Competitive Salary and Uncapped Commission
About the Role
We’re seeking an ambitious and proactive Field Sales Executive to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. You will play a key role in our growth within the Swindon area—building strong relationships, creating effective solutions, and making a tangible impact from day one.
Core Responsibilities
1. Build and manage a pipeline of profitable new business opportunities.
2. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
3. Create and present strategic sales plans, reports, and forecasts.
4. Collaborate with Regional Commercial and Depot Managers to align on campaigns and local strategies.
5. Serve as the main contact between Biffa and prospective customers.
6. Lead pricing negotiations and customize solutions to meet client needs.
7. Demonstrate proven experience in new business sales, especially selling contracted services.
8. Maintain a track record of exceeding sales targets.
9. Possess excellent prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
10. Be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
11. Hold a valid full UK Driving Licence.
