Individuals in the Customer Success Manager role have a passion for technology and the ambition to dive into new challenges. We seek someone who can thrive amidst ambiguity and operate autonomously while maintaining a customer-centric approach and helping to build the program. You will become a main contact for MongoDB end users, leveraging your technical and account management skills and acting as the account team leader across Sales, Professional Services, Solutions Architects, etc.

We are looking for candidates based in London for our hybrid working model.

Our ideal candidate will have:

* 9+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar roles
* A passion for advocating for customers, acting as an extension of their team within MongoDB
* A technical mindset; curiosity and aptitude to learn about MongoDB and databases
* The ability to work autonomously, owning customer portfolios and making key decisions for effective outcomes
* An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of deviating from procedures and building new processes
* Team-oriented with a passion for collaboration, working closely with Sales, Professional Services, and the broader ecosystem
* Experience with database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus
* German language proficiency

Daily responsibilities include:

* Advising customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategies
* Gathering customer feedback to inform product and organizational improvements
* Acting as a bridge to product engineering for new solutions
* Resolving critical customer issues and complaints effectively
* Building account plans to mitigate risks and foster growth
* Leading executive business reviews with strategic customers
* Contributing to the development of the Customer Success program
* Documenting interactions in internal systems like Gainsight and Salesforce
* Providing feedback on customer account health signals
* Managing relationships with Sales Leadership and Account Executives
* Forecasting churn and growth metrics
* Participating in hiring, onboarding, and team leadership activities
