Role
You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
* Smooth and efficient running of the service department
* Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
* Drive customer service
* Monitoring KPIs
* Driving the team, support and training
Requirements
* Must have at least 2+ years experience as a Service / Aftersales Manager
* Main dealership experience
* Strong Management & Interpersonal skills
* Full UK driving licence
