Construction Support Engineer (Contract – Inside IR35)
Onsite on the East Coast of England
We are looking for an experienced Construction Support Engineer to support onshore and offshore construction activities on a major offshore energy project. Reporting to the Offshore Support Engineer, the role focuses on contractor coordination, work planning, and safe delivery of construction support services.
Key Responsibilities
* Support onshore and offshore construction activities and daily coordination
* Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and project requirements
* Review and manage contractor RAMS
* Coordinate contractors, materials, equipment, and resources
* Track progress, schedules, and daily reports
* Support commissioning handovers and site operations
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in an onshore supervisory role within the offshore energy sector
* Valid GWO and Offshore Medical (essential)
* Strong H&S and construction site experience
* Excellent communication, coordination, and IT skills
Contract Details
* Contract duration: January 2026 – December 2026
* Inside IR35
* Offshore and site working required
* Monday to Friday
