About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and driven Creative Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a hands-on design role requiring a blend of creativity and precision. You will be responsible for delivering impactful visual content across retail and digital channels, supporting the promotion of our brand portfolio. The ideal candidate is confident in producing both print and digital assets and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
·Design engaging and brand-appropriate retail windows and in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials across multiple retail partners.
·Develop digital assets for retailer websites, email campaigns and social media.
·Support the production and updating of brand catalogues, sell-in decks, and other marketing collateral.
·Create and prepare print-ready artwork to professional standards, working closely with print suppliers and retailers.
·Maintain brand consistency across all assets, adhering to individual brand guidelines.
·Collaborate with the wider marketing, sales and ecommerce teams to ensure creative solutions align with campaign objectives and business goals.
·Manage multiple brand projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
·Provide creative support as required on bigger campaign projects.
About You:
·A degree in Graphic Design or similar.
·1+ year of design experience.
·Excellent knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
·Print process/production knowledge is essential.
·Large format print experience desirable.
·Experience with WordPress & Klaviyo is desirable.
·Ability to deliver creative ideas across multiple channels.
·Collaborative skills to work closely with the Marketing and Ecom Design team.

·An ability to work across multiple brands on multiple projects concurrently and prioritise workload.
·Be an extremely creative person and a conceptual thinker.
·Have excellent attention to detail and be self-motivated.
