Our client is seeking a permanent Restaurant manager to join their small historic family run restaurant and B&B based in a busy fishing village on the North Cornwall coast offering a competitive salary plus some excellent benefits.

Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to…
* Managing all day-to-day Food and Beverage operations
* Reporting to the owner
* Work closely with Head Chef
* Management of all staff
* Establish KPI’s, policies and schedules
* Manage staffing levels and Rota’s within budgets
* Manage budgets and forecasts
* Food hygiene
* Health and Safety
* Staff training
Candidate Specification:
For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position. We are ideally looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a strong understanding of Bar, Front of House and Kitchen operations and that can hit the ground running.

* Strong previous Food and Beverage management experience
* Will prove an exemplary background of planning and working events
* Experience leading a food and beverage team
* Hold a Personal license
* Strong leadership ability
* Able to work in an incredibly busy environment whilst maintaining high standards
Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings. This is a full-time permanent position, with a competitive starting salary.
Due to location own transport would be essential.
